Top Chefs and a Feast of Food & Fun as Foodies Festival Returns to Alexandra Palace Park this Weekend 27th - 29th August
Londoners in search of a Bank Holiday Weekend filled with food and fun should head to Foodies Festival at Alexandra Palace Park this weekend (27-29th August) as the UK's biggest celebration of food & drink returns to the capital with a lip-smacking feast of foodie fun.
Top London Chef Ed Baines of Randall & Aubin joined Olwen Murphy from Foodies Festival this morning to officially launch this weekend's Foodies Festival at Alexandra Palace. Ed joins 2016 MasterChef champion Jane Devonshire and other top London chefs including Owen Sullivan of Gordon Ramsay's Maze Grill and Rakesh Nair of The Cinnamon Club in the Aga Rangemaster Chefs Theatre this weekend, where they will cook their signature recipes and share top tips to inspire visitors.
Other highlights of this year's festival include a new Vintage Tea Tent, an Artisan Producers Market with over 100 award-winning producers, a Giant Pimm's Teapot and Appleton Estate Rum Bus, a Street Food Avenue so you can taste flavours from around the world, a Cake & Bake Theatre and an Unsigned Music Awards live music Stage featuring emerging bands from across the UK.
