Foodie Fun for All Ages this Weekend as Foodies Festival Returns to Ripley Castle in Harrogate 19th - 21st August

Head Chef Simon Jewitt of acclaimed Harrogate restaurant Norse joined little chef Rufus Dale at Ripley Castle in Harrogate to officially launch this weekend's Foodies Festival 19th - 21st August

After a hugely successful inaugural festival last summer, which attracted over 25,000 visitors, Foodies Festival returns to Ripley Castle this weekend with a line-up of foodie fun for all ages.

Grown up foodies can watch Chef Simon Jewitt, MasterChef contestants and top local chefs cooking their signature recipes live in the Aga Rangemaster Chefs Theatre, while little foodies can explore their tastebuds and take part in hands-on cookery lessons in the Kids Cookery School.

Other highlights of this year's festival include a new Vintage Tea Tent, an Artisan Producers Market with over 100 award-winning producers, a Giant Pimm's Teapot and Appleton Estate Rum Bus, a Street Food Avenue so you can taste flavours from around the world, a Cake & Bake Theatre and an Unsigned Music Awards live music Stage featuring emerging bands from across the UK.
